Nerf Recon CS-6

This is a great blaster it makes a great secondary for only the cost for around twenty dollars. Ive had it for a while now and i love it. its got great accuracy which i love but.  Personally i wouldn't use it as a Primary unless i had the Orange Mod Works stage1 kit in it so it can have enough distance for it to be effective. and it will be alot more sturdy and powerful when the stage 2 kit comes out for it. So anyways lets break this down.

PROS- Small, customizable , Powerful after modifying , Clip fed , comfy. stock stock holds extra clip. laser light , flip-up sight, stock and a barrel CONS- Internals break easily without reinforcement (modded), Stock wobbly, Not good ranges stock, Barrel causes range to decrease, jams frequently. All around if u were planning on buying this and keeping the recon stock. Dont buy it id recommend the Alpha trooper because they are both around the same price.Modding difficulty 2/5  Stock performance 3/5  Modded performance 4.5/5 credit to wordpress.com for the awsome picture.

Nerf Alpha Trooper CS-18

So i got my hands on one of these bad boys last thursday and all around i love it! Its a great blaster it really is. Its a Target exclusive which kinda blows but a trip to Target is worth it for this beast. I use it whenever i can get a chance its my new primary so anyways lets get to it, ill break down the pros and cons. PROS- Lightweight , SlamFire, Small, 18 dart drum, ShotGun Grip, Dont jam often, Place for a bandolier strap. Now the CONS- When it Jams its sucks you lose a dart when it jams, One tactical rail, Distance, Reverse plunger system.

 

So theres clearly more pros on this blaster then cons which is good Now under cons i put "distance" because when u buy it stock only shoots around 30ft so not that great but i hear when modded it adds like 10-15ft but im not sure. But with Orange Mod Works new Stage1 kit for the AT im sure it will Double the ranges.The price of 18.99 its defintaly worth it hands down. Pictures from sgnerf at blogspot.com.
